Spanish Recipe ? Peas With Ham & Poached Egg

?Guisantes con jamó® ¹ huevo escalfado?

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 g of fresh peas
1 medium sized onion
4 eggs
2 garlic cloves
2 sprigs of parsley
50 g of serrano ham
Olive oil
2 bay leaves

Preparation:

Fry all of the ingredients, except the peas and the eggs, in a frying pan.
When they are well browned, add the peas and stir continuously.
Add a bit of water and salt and leave to cook.
When it is ready, add the eggs and grill in the oven for 3 minutes.
