Spanish Recipe ? Monkfish kebab with king prawns

?Brocheta de rape con langostinos al grill?

Ingredients:

250 grs of monkfish
3 king prawns
4 chunks of red pepper
4 chunks of green pepper
1 garlic clove
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation:

Peel the prawns and clean the monkfish
Cut the monkfish into 3 chunks and season with salt.
Skewer these on a kebab stick, also inserting the pepper and the king prawns.
Grill the kebab on both sides.
Drizzle on some hot olive oil and toasted garlic at the moment of serving.
This is usually served with stir fry vegetables and steam potatoes or boiled rice.
