Sea salt
Olive oil Preparation: Put a saucepan full of water on the ring and bring to the boil with one onion in it.
Add the octopus and boil for 20 minutes.
After this time, remove from the heat, cover and leave to rest for another 20 minutes.
Take the octopus out of the saucepan and cut into slices.
Put on the plate and then add sea salt, sweet and spicy paprika.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
